Which one Any Forums?

I want to say the stretcher ones seems like a really neglected movement and might be why wrists are kind of imbalanced. I have lots of those grippers and i don't think they do anything but hurt my palm bones over 200 lbs
Chase Rodriguez
The fucks the left one even for, in practical terms? I can't think of a situation where I have had to expand my fingers on one hand against significant resistance. Maybe for a Gynecologist who lost their speculum and is improvising, shove a hand in and pry that fucker open.
Hunter Stewart
The gripper is better for forearm development
Juan Martinez
Yeah I saw a video that said it doesn’t develop thumbs
Exercising isn’t practical
You sure? Any evidence?
Luke Reyes

Extensors.
You know the idea of push / pull?
Same exists in your hands. When you are using your hand on a mouse, it stays in 1 position for a long time, hyper-developing the retractors.
This aims to exercise the extensors and balance the opposing muscle group
Brayden Perry
Flicking harder. True masters of the extensor can vaporize a fly, flick hard enough to bruise anyone instantly on contact, and launch a marble hard enough that it can embed itself in the skin of an opponent.
Juan Cooper
Some muscles don't really need to be balanced out.
Tyler Parker
gamers, and desk jockies do
Nolan Ward
I'm aware of push/pull, I was just asking if there even is practical applications, as opposed to just building for looks.
This guys sold me though, obliterating a fly sounds lulzworthy.
Juan Walker
this one
Ayden Gomez
The non-funny answer is that it probably helps with agility, like when you need to go from a closed fist to an open hand as quickly as possible. Also the extensor muscles have long-heads that run further down your wrist so, while you can't make your wrist MUCH bigger you can potentially get another quarter or half an inch with pump.
Charles Clark
Both, duh. The bands are post-workout so your fingers don't get too stiff from overtraining one movement pattern.
Ryder Price
If you want to make your wrist bigger, work on rotations rather than push/pull muscles of the fores.
David Murphy
>ripped hands for jacking other dudes off
Nicholas Cox
I train my jaw using one of those grippers.
Embrade the 3rd position...?
Joshua Clark

They're completely different, one is strength closing the hand, the other is finger extensor strength. Do both.
David Butler
You are like a little babby.

ricebucket chads assemble
Jonathan Williams
Move up to steel shot, then you'll be a man.
Connor Garcia
How much rice and how deep are your buckets? 2/3s a 5 gallon bucket for me
Adrian Lewis
Sand bucket is more based imo.
Kevin Cox
>I can't think of a situation where I have had to expand my fingers on one hand against significant resistance
It's for when you fist someone's asshole
Thomas Cruz
Its when your grip has gone dead from crushing someone's hand and have to pull your fingers apart again, retard.
