That's still a fucking shitload, it's literally the equivalent of pasta and bread.

Vegetables. More specifically riced cauliflower. Shit has no taste, and 280g is like 60 calories. Add whatever to it.

Best way to eat less is to intermittent fast in the mornings and then eat 400kcal for lunch, and a proper meal for dinner.
