Emacs is the best editor

I can't find how to enable lua and I can't be bothered. I just can't imagine what would make emacs better than neovim and nobody can explain it. They just say vague stuff like emacs is an operating system or something.

The first example of a language module is this:

I don't use doom, I never have, and even I can figure this shit out in like 30 seconds.

I need an editor that works out of the box (or nearly), is as feature complete (or nearly) and is native (no electron shit) as VS Code. I hate how soulless and soul-destroying VS Code and Microsoft products in general are, but it IS the superior editor choice at this time.
I don't like how emacs, vim and derivates feel like they are going to fall apart at any moment, like the arch of editors. The rest are VS Code wannabes that fail short due to not having a multinational demiurgic corporation behind them, and native editors that are too simple or intended for quick edits and nothing else.

I want a native, well designed VS Code.

I also don't like that emacs assumes it's the 70s for all its computing and UX paradigms. It's retarded and its users are fucking posers.
