How exactly do you plan to reach a weightlifting goal without weightlifting

Barbell is more efficient that calisthenics because the progressions and benchmarks are smooth.

If you do easy calisthenics like pushups and chins you can just add volume or a weight belt and be fine/minimal equipment.

Easy, volume-focused calisthenics are very efficient and the minimal equipment set up make them great. You can just do push ups till failure at work once every hour if you want. You cant bring a bench to work. Harder calisthenics should be done for love, not efficiency

this is Any Forums so I’m going to have to recommend a 5000 calorie a day plan(mostly comprised of milk) supplemented with a 5x5 or back squats every 3 days
