Rome wasn't built in a day.

You have decent upper body development, just need to cut.

its time to end the bulk and embrace the cut brother

it seems like you just need to get rid of some fat. sure, your numbers might go down but it seems like you care more about your aesthetics in this particular moment in time. also, work core. or maybe it looks good idk.

Upper body development is great.
Dr user prescribes you the following: a two month cut, and a 6 month break from this shithole before it gives you intractable body dismorphia.

You got juicy arms
I'd start doing cardio to lean out but still eat at maintenance/surplus till summer cut

is 280 supposed to be good?

you need a 4 month cut bro

my nigga you need to lose like 30 lbs of fat fr fr no cap, this high bf percentage shit aint bussin on gucci

You're just fat brah. Cut to 12% bodyfat before considering a bulk

Yeah it's over if you are retarded. You have solid muscle mass but you are a lot smaller than you think. I'm not even kidding but you have to lose 50-60lbs. This is 100% not trolling. I was smaller than you and I had to lose 40lbs to become lean, I couldn't believe it but that's what it took. I thought I will drop like 15 to 20lbs at most and be ripped. Well that was not the case.

So yeah you look bad because you are fat. If you want to look good it's all about low bodyfat.

Consdiering it wont be reached by over 99,9% of population that go to the gym for indefinite time period I'd say it's supposed to be reasonably alright.

You look like the guy who posted on here about only training shoulders and nothing else and women being disappointed when they take their shirt off.

If that is you, it looks like you've made progress.

You look fine, dude. You just need to drop some fat.

>you have to lose 50-60lbs
Not him but damn, for real? Got any good material to read or pictures I can look at that demonstrates how much bodyfat one loses versus pounds shredded? If that makes sense. I'm trying to break the fantasy myth in my head that "just 5 more pounds and you'll be shredded" then being disappointed when it doesnt happen (yet). I'd like a much better understanding of "x bodyfat is equal to y pounds", if you know what I mean. I'm definitely one of those guys who bulk and then copes by saying "just drop 20 lbs in a few weeks and it's all good" and I need to mentally change that and get a much better understanding of bf% versus pounds of fat gained/lost.

I was 85kg at 1.82, 26 years old

I lost 9kg, in a month with OMAD, Stronglifts5x5 + cardio 2-3 times a week + abs 3 times a week. I stopped fasting because I got too weak

Did not got rid of love handles and lover belly fat. And everyone was telling me I looked so skinny.

>Did not got rid of love handles and lover belly fat. And everyone was telling me I looked so skinny.

I know this feel.

are you the "only shoulders matter" guy? if so, great progress

if you have been lifting for years and still look like that then that'd be kinda sad

>bench intermediate/newbie weights
>"why do I barely look like I lift?"

I can also tell your genetics are kinda shit, keep pushing though.

Machine chest flyes 3x12 with an open handed squeeze at the peak
Hold the handles there for at least 3 seconds
Do this and you will have a better chest in weeks I promise you.
Also do a few sets of lower ab or upper abs after every session, either hanging leg raises with a dumbbell or sit ups with a plate on your chest/behind neck

280 is pretty good.
Lose weight if you want. I look like that though and I've tried losing weight. The loss of strength is fucking gay so I gave it up. I stay around 18 to 20% now. Don't give a fuck. I enjoy lifting, not watching my figure like a woman
