I'm not a fucking bigbrain nutritionalist so I don't know which amino acids or vitamins you aren't gettint or whether or not the blackbean protien is bioavailable, but theoretically you could buy supplements and dissolve them into the beans while cooking. There is literally nothing wrong with grass fed free range dairy. There is literally not a single argument you can make against it and even if you tried I would fucking demolish it. A glass of milk with your ppj would practically double the nutritional content of your meal.

you absolute dumbass. Cows don't produce milk while pregnant, that's useless. They produce milk when the calf is born, and the calf is retired after some time. A cow will produce milk for as LONG as you keep milking it retard, this goes for all mammals including humans. Women can literally breast-feed for years as long as the milk is extracted.
