I'm considering ordering a test this week and pursuing trt- is this worth it?

1) get some blood work done, verify what your hormones look like.
if you are hypogonadal, or at least close to it, then TRT would be worth it
if not, TRT would only be worth it if you intend to cycle/blast, and for that you need:
2) visit a doctor, have your injury and your back checked out.
make sure you can actually train, especially before you do a cycle/blast
3) consider GH, you're old enough to get meaningful antiaging benefits from it. it will also help with injuries, both prevention and healing.

most places GH is not available at all
if you are lucky, you may be able to get it through a clinic
chances are, you'll need to order it yourself without prescription

Everyone has been lying to me about clen. This shit is awesome. I'm on day 3 of 20mcg. I haven't had any sides other than it took me a while to fall asleep on the first night, and a couple extremely minor headaches. I have a ton of fucking energy, my workouts have been great, my cardio feels amazing, and I've already dropped 2lbs (averaged over several weight measurements taken throughout the day).

I plan to go up to 40mcg tomorrow, and 60mcg after another 3 days.

Was on 40mg during summer and all I noticed was awesome breathing. I take a bunch of other stims though so probably need to up the dose a lot

I'd like to provide an anecdote.

Years ago, I was a crazy /fraud/ster. Not only was I injecting inhumane amounts of Tren, I started making it myself. The steroids ultimately wrecked havoc on my psyche, and about 5 years ago I swore off everything, I got fat, etc. Total trainwreck.

Today, I'm 'natural'. I've been doing 30 minute grandpa workouts 3 times a week. In 3 months, I lost 30 pounds, and I'm pushing lmao2pl8 like it's nothing. That Tren does indeed change your DNA.

I did them extensively before I got into steroids. They're overpriced and overrated. Steroids are overrated too imo. But cheaper and work better.

Sides didn't kick in for me until about a week in when I was at like 80-100mcg. I ended up trashing it around that point. The benefit was small.

You’ll eventually feel a little off on it. After 2 weeks you’ll be ravenously hungry due to it raising your metabolism so much. Great drug. I think the claims on it fucking with your heart are because people take it and don’t eat or drink water. There electrolytes get fucked up then they get Arrhythmia and mixed with the anxiety you get from clen causes them to be a hypochondriac over there heart and make up shit that isn’t really there.

after doing what I consider ample research on it. DNP doesn't really seem that bad. anybody willing to talk me out of it? biggest concern i have seems to be finding a source and hoping it's dosed correctly. to OD on it seems absolutely retarded, I even have the half life calculator min maxed for a rate of 100mg permanently in my blood, but capping out at no more than 215mg roughly. this translates to an AVG return of 15% increase of TDEE, or roughly 350 calories assuming no exercise. really not a lot, but factoring in what else I will be doing will heavily increase that load.
