I don't understand. I've made more gains and lost more weight in 3 months on a regular diet. You actually look better in the first picture, somehow.

Also I lose the most weight the day after eating a giant steak. Being vegan must be awful.

He got so fucking fat its hilarious. His "workouts" were same worthless yoga poses and a couple band exercises. He gained 20lbs of almost 100% pure body fat and its ALL around his belly and lmao wide bitch hips.

Next time, high rep grind calisthenics bozo, chin ups, pull ups, dips, push ups and box jumps only. Get to it. Meat, chicken, milk and eggs diet obviously get some organ meat and fish every now and then.
