>Just found out about the protein content in pizzas
Why the fuck didn’t anyone tell me about this? Is there a catch? Because as far as I see you could not only effectively bulk with these, but even dirty cut by doing OMAD with a pizza and maybe one or two protein shakes
Just found out about the protein content in pizzas
You will eventually get malnutrition from the fact white flour lacks nutrients.
>but what if I get my iron or C vitamin from my diet
Then whatever
>is there a catch
It’s cheese and sugary fruit sauce on a big heap of bread.
Can’t you just easily circumvent this by taking multivitamins?
its really high in calories due to the fat content, and i think they may be counting the bread proteins which don't count. also the processed meats like pepperoni are pretty bad for you. maybe a lot of pufa in some, i don't know if oils are involved. probably use artificial shit to get people addicted to it. its as expensive as eating steak.
It has 3 times the daily recommended saturated fat recommendation
you don't have to use processed meat user season up some low fat ground beef or turkey
Maybe if you buy the smallest packs for ingredients it's as expensive as steak. Shop reasonably and it's under $8 a 'za if you're really loading up heavy with all the toppings. Ground beef is underrated on pizza.
Good

Seed oils in the dough if you don't make it yourself. Probably sugar in the sauce. White flour is total shit too.
Can’t you absorb low-tier protein by taking BCAAs?
no? it's just 2 proteins that make gluten
>Shop reasonably and it's under $8 a 'za
>a 'za
Stop this
>Ground beef is underrated on pizza.
Because sardines have more protein per calorie.
no it's EAAs I believe
First bulk was on One Frozen Pizza A Day diet.
the processed flour is filled with testosterone nuking chemicals
>$8 for homemade pizza
Lol ok bro
Lmao multivitamins are a waste of money. They don't provide the same nutrient benefits as real food.
Miring the pizzique.
