Lift for a decade

>lift for a decade
>most people don’t assume I lift (dyel?)
>get blood work done
>testosterone 291 ng/dl / 260-1100 range (higher is better)
>sexual binding hormones 47 / 7 - 64 range (lower is better)

From what I understood…. Having a high sexual burning hormone thing means you’re not actually using a lot of your available testosterone….

So not only do I have the low end of ngdl I also have the high end for sexual binding, which is the worst possible combination, but it also explains why I don’t sweat much and I don’t get any pimples… and have baby tier clear skin.

Guys with low sexual binding are prone to acne and sweating and other skin conditions, but they also are able to make full use of their available testosterone.

The optimal blood work would be to have a 1100ng/dl test with a sexual binding of under 10. I have the exact opposite.

Should have gone for femboy mode. Now it's too late. All that potential... wasted.

>SHBG controls the amount of testosterone that your body tissues can use.

The sexual binding thing im talking about^

Basically mine is on the very high end of the range, the higher your SHBG the less test you can use

So I am double fucked

On the ultra-low end of the range of test (291) out of 260 - 1100 range

On the ultra-high end of the range of SHBG (47) out of 7 - 64

And guess what? I am NOT allowed to get TRT, my results are considered "NORMAL" by the lab who did my blood work and my GPs who they reported to

Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis.
Or just roid.

That explains why I sweat a lot and still get acne as an adult

Not gona roid using UGL'd, dont want bunk shit.

Id like pharma grade stuff, under supervision of a doctor monitoring my health if I was to ever use stuff.

I am in AUSTRALIA

Oh no you have clear skin and don't smell like shit, how awful. And you will probably have to do steroids to look like a juiced Belgian blue just like everybody else
Where is the humanity?

Same.

I've been reading about it and the things you can do to lower it. Found a good post earlier so I'll translate it to you. Kudos to the OP.

SHBG is affected by:
1. Carbs - Keto/carnivore etc. low carb diets raise it. Insulin lowers SHBG and obese diabetics have low SHBG
2. Training too much
3. Total test (injecting usually lowers SHBG dramatically)
4. Caloric deficit raises SHBG (especially fasting blows it up)
5. Too much fibre raises it
6. Genetics

If you want more free test you have to:
1. Do all the basic stuff to raise ur total test, sleep n rest, nutrition, supplements/micros like vitamin d and zinc
2. Train in moderation. Appropriately, not too much
3. Eat in a caloric surplus. Keep your cuts to max 3-4 months and preferably as low deficit as you can
4. Lots of carbs. Fruits. Theres speculation that the fructose that your liver converts into glucose can possibly make your liver produce less SHBG. So a fruit or fruit juice with every meal if your digestion agrees with it

Im not complaining about having clear skin and not sweating, but id like to actually get some VISUAL benefits of putting all these years effort into picking things up and putting them down again

Post body

...post body is meant for people who claim to look good

I'm not trying to prove a point, I just want to see your twink body

That explains why I sweat so much, am prone to acne, and grow like a weed. I've never gotten blood work done but maybe I should

What if your just genetically fucked with high SHBG? even if you have high test, you'll never make use of it.

Could explain why some people with super high test that have super high SHBG cant make as good of gains as compared to someone with average test but low SHBG

>obese diabetics have low SHBG
>Too much fibre raises it
>Caloric deficit raises SHBG
so instead of doing what you suggested, he should actually just eat mcdonalds every day for another decade and start over again

>I'm not trying to prove a point, I just want to see your twink body

where did you get this picture of me

Post body just for the memes OP, I’m sure if you’ve been lifting for that long you probably look bretty gud in spite of your genetics

> obese diabetics have low SHBG
Why do have obese diabetics low SHBG? What is the mechanism behind it?

Post body, I want to see what hard work on bad genes does.

>Insulin lowers SHBG and (thats why) obese diabetics have low SHBG

you could be deficient in Boron.
Look up the studies, there's also a guy on yt who gives a protocol on Boron reintegration. basically, if done right, boron decreases your SHBG by a fuckton and in placebo double blimd studies people noticed a lot of benefits.
try it op and let us know how it goes. also get other bloodwork to check your nutrients. don't despair, keep cool and you'll improve my friend
