Iodine

Rundown please. I feel so retarded with brain fog I'm convinced something is wrong and this could help, at least worth a try

Stories it helped with mental abilities?
Dosage?
Brands, types, intensity is best?

I use lugol solution. A few drops here and there under the tongue. No real worry about overdose since you'll pee offnrhe excess.

Didn't notice much difference from iodine myself but it doesn't hurt to try. Magnesium is good, either eat magnesium citrate or make your own topical oil with magnesium chloride (5g magnesium chloride to 50ml water is good) and spray it into your armpits/balls.

Also vitamin D. And get in the sun. And start cardio. If that doesn't clear up your mind then get Adderall or take medication seriously.

Pic is from The Magnesium Miracle, author is shilling her own magnesium chloride oil but honestly anything listed there will work just fine.

Also fish oil and a multivitamin. You can take all this stuff twice a week, no real need for everyday, depends on your metabolism and how much you're working out.

Take *meditation seriously.

Also for magnesium oil use pure magnesium chloride, rather than Epsom salts which work but are like 50% sulfer which isn't transdermal.

I'm also retarded and posted the wrong screenshot.

like 2 drops under the tounge and not even in water?

how does this compare to regular magnesium supps?

essential but you're getting plenty of it in your table salt, which you use daily knowing how important sodium and iodine is.

Consuming magnesium can have a laxative effect, letting it soak through your skin mitigates that mostly. Otherwise there's no real difference. Either eat magnesium citrate or use magnesium chloride oil. Magnesium oxide is way less effective than magnesium citrate when ingested, something like 4% absorption vs 20% or whatever with citrate, I forget the exact numbers.

Honestly cardio and Adderall/stims are gonna have the most notable effect. I've heard good things about noopept but haven't tried. Maybe consider testosterone treatment as well. Fuck it man it's 2022, take shit that works.

Oh yeah, one thing that is super important is if you're drinking public tap water, consider distilling it. There is so much fluoride and chlorine and lead and other such garbage in a lot of public water systems. Distillation removes all that crap. I was very fortunate to grow up on clean well water, and whenever I spent a few days at a friend's place in the city, drinking the tap water I would *always* feel sluggish and lethargic the next day. It's truly fucked how bad the water is. Only downside is a good distiller is like $100 but there's no way I wouldn't use one of I had to live off city tap water.

I use a reverse osmosis filter

why is brain fog always associated with republican white males?

Ok, how do you add ions back in? Just some salt?

You probably don’t need these unless you have a doctor telling you to supplement iodine, assuming you’re eating egg yolks already.

You ARE eating a few eggs a week at least, right?

>garbage in a lot of public water systems

yeah if you live in the U.S. you're almost guaranteed to need a filter as the government can't actually properly manage their water systems. I drank the tap water in Texas once and almost threw up it smelt so bad.

The tap water in the U.K. is like getting it right from a mountain spring.

>essential but you're getting plenty of it in your table salt, which you use daily knowing how important sodium and iodine is.

I don't think Kosher salt is iodized though? I need to check if I can use iodized salt or not.

whether you decide to take this or not be aware it can cause damage if it's not respected. Eat a brazil nut or 2 a day for the selenium. You're not gonna get that elsewhere so you better go buy some. Don't overdo it. Go slow and monitor your health if you can. Read up on other micros you should be supplementing when supplementing iodine.

I've been taking it for 3 weeks now. Not sure if there's any difference desu. But I'm not a good judge.

> Tap water in UK.
> Mountain spring.

HAHAHAHHAHAHhahaha ack! STOP KILLING ME!

Actually yeah an RO system might be a better choice, pic related. The cost seems to be similar but RO works faster. I haven't had to set anything up since my well water is already very clean.

As for healthy minerals and whatever in water, I would think taking a multivitamin would be enough. Main point is to just drink clean water.

good trace minerals are a better option, since nacl isn't the only mineral you need

uk has a swamp shit tier water. When I was on a business trip in london, even being in shower wasn't the best experience. That was in london city.

>under the tongue

Straight, by itself? Jesus you're going to burn your mouth man. Dilute that shit with some water.
