Pick 1 horizontal row and 1 vertical row and get strong at them. Change them once they get boring after a few months or weeks if they don't feel good. That's it. Personal recommendations are medium width grip lat pulldowns until you're strong enough to do 3 pullups with the same width. As for a horizontal row, either pick smth with chest support and full ROM, or pick a standard cable row. Lean a bit forward on these.
