I'm 5'9", my whole diet is raw meat/organs/egg yolks, fruit, and occasional white rice. About 2k calories a day.

I didn't say it would take you fifteen years. If you're skinnyfat you're probably one year of lifting away from looking great.

Well, losing 1kg per month is too little. You're supposed to lose 2kg/month just from a deficit of 500 cals
