En el caso de las mujeres si no entrenan la parte superior del cuerpo no tendran la fuerza suficiente para hacer ejercios con mucho peso, por ejemplo si quiere hacer sentadilla pesada con barra se cansaran primero sus brazos por sostenerla que sus piernas, asi que tendra que usar pesos insignificantes y nunca lograra su maximo potencial.
