Need a new routine

I've been following the tactical Barbell Mass method for a while now and I've finally hit some numbers that I feel would let me transition to intermediate. I'm at 220 OHP, 345 bench, 475 Squat, and 505 Deadlift(I got in a motorcycle accident in March and had to take a long time off deadlifting. It was at 605 before the crash), what's a good intermediate routine to transition to for strength and muscle building? Cat pictured because I lift for him

Tactical Barbell was a fun time. Honestly dude, you're at numbers where you should just experiment and come up with your own program. I personally do a hybrid program where I do strength upper/lower on Monday/Tuesday and on Friday I do full body volume. Optional shoulders and arms on Saturday. I've been having a blast and I'm getting good recovery.

Mine is still so he still likes to cuddle

Still young I meant
I could come up with my own program, but I didn't think I was anywhere that I was anything other than just out of beginner level so I thought I'd ask

London

cute catto

You’re way past beginner stop sneak-gloating

Dude. If you read anything about weight lifting or strength standards you're either a complete noob or you're trapped in "beginner zone" until you hit like 1.5x body weight bench, 2x body weight Squat, and 2.5x body weight deadlift. At 235 and 6'2" I look pretty dyel or at best kinda built fat, more toward fat. Blame the body building circles for making people think they're beginners until they bench 4 plates minimum

>got in a motorcycle accident

Who was at fault

Other driver. I was cruising along throigh traffic at like 25 and they decided they wanted to change lanes out of the carpool lane on a double white, they merged right into me. Some gook from South Korea here on a visa

I have similar numbers on ohp and bench but my squat and dl are trash because I do legs like once a month lmao. I’ve made good progress on bench just getting my reps in at 2pl8s and maxing out once every 1-2 months. I’m currently very close to 4x10 2 pl8s and I feel like I’m making progress faster than what I was chasing 5x5 at higher weights. I’m with the other anons that you should just experiment. Most people who bench more than 3.5 pl8s are roiding so their advice isn’t useful

Yeah I’m 6’0 210 lbs and my lifts are like 210/340/250/350 and I do look huge in a shirt but without a shirt IMO I just look fat. If I cut I’d probably look like Bane at best and the dude from fight club at worst lmao. Natty lifting is just a meme

Post body

Like I said. I'm built fat at best. Need to cut but I enjoy food.

Not relevant to my question and I don't care about your opinion on them

Either bloatmaxx or cut but you’ll look way better cutting. And imagine paying someone to scribble all that shit on you permanently lol.

You look good bruh. I’d say this is peak natty. If you cut you’d look like a faggot twink. Also I noticed your stretch marks. Did you used to be obese or what?

Disgusting stretchmarks lmfao

Naw. Grew 6 inches in the summer between 5th and 6th grade, that's where the stomach stretch marks came from. Dunno what caused the shoulder ones. They showed up about 5 years ago when I really got into fitness instead of just messing around

Not him but fuck off loser

Post body faggot. I did
