They are great and extreme versatile. Bodyweight filters out bloatlords and weak skinnyfats.

Weighted pull ups filters out 130 lb twinks

>unweighted
probably 20-24? haven't had dick measuring contest with a group of guys in a while so idk
>weighted
currently at 4x6+15 on the fat bar
highest i got was 3x5+25 on the fat bar
got up to 3x5+45 on the regular bar
all wide grip

5 sets of 10 reps with 25 lbs (relatively easy tho)
100 bodyweight pullups in under 10 minutes

I love pull ups because obese powerlifters can't do them and seethe whenever you mention the exercise.

They're a garbage exercise and all these faggots in this thread are lying about their shit

They are great. Can do 5 reps with +60kg

they're fun

>Weighted or body weight?
Both

5x5@33lbs

My back says yes

No

still too fat and too weak for this, but one day

Post lats

My endurance on pull-ups sucks
I can do three or four sets of five with 20kg added but I struggle to do four consecutive sets of ten
It's slowly improving though, ever since I started doing higher reps without weight

16 bw, 11 with +20 lbs

If you don't know the answer already, stop visiting this board
>How many can you do?

I can do 10 good bodyweight pulls up
Easily one of my most favorite exercises

like clockwork

>Weighted or body weight?
both. not focused on pull ups atm so I just do bodyweight
>How many can you do?
10 with good form probably, 12 is my PR. 17.5kg x 4 weighted PR
>Are they a good excercise?
yes, best back exercise if you do them properly. and by

Just finished a workout. I weigh 220lbs and I did chinups 25lb 3x8 2x6 then 0lbs to fail

Two pull days a week, so I start one with pullups (9/9/8 reps with 12kg) and the other with chinups (10/10/7 reps with 12kg). Both followed by bodyweight pullups/chinups to failure.
