don't

Not a bad idea. Some people stop drinking it and end up getting rid of their headaches and random spikes in anxiety

Anons that stopped drinking coffee: Do you feel as awake as when you were still drinking it regularly?

Don't stop drinking coffee. Just don't.

Coffee gave me worst withdrawal symptoms than when I tried to quick xanax lmao

Quit coffee for two months last fall just to see how hard it was. I drink a french press every morning. It sucked. I've quit ciggies and weed but coffee is by far the hardest. I saw absolutely no benefits other than sleeping slightly earlier, but I didn't feel more rested, and I had equal or less energy in the day.
Would not recommend

Bros, do I just throw all the caffeine away?

bump

same but ii fucking can't i have to lift 6 days a week and grind on top of that. my sleep is okish tho although i drink 4 espressos or more per day

For me quitting coffee is quite easy. Two months off and I don't even want to drink it anymore. Energy levels are much more stable nowdays. I only drink black tea but not daily.

Stopped drinking it because I used to drink 10 cups a day and had constant diarrhoea

Yes. Takes about a week to normalize. Actually feel better without it. Coffee gives you a push, but later you crash. Without caffeine in your system your energy levels are more even throughout the day, as it should be. Sometimes I drink 1/4 a cup and get a major kick out of it by being more awake and more interested in things, but it only works when I drink it like once or twice a week at most. Overall life is better without daily coffee, although I miss the taste.

>Do you feel as awake as when you were still drinking it regularly?
Yeah, even more so since there is no crash later on
That's cause you didn't replace it with some other dopamine release mechanism. I started running 4x a week when I was quitting, had no issue whatsoever. L-tyrosine might help, too, it wards off my dopamine cravings when I can't run
>people who can afford large quantites of a luxury resource die less often than poorfags
Gee, I wonder why.

But it's good for you!

>luxury resource
>costs pennies to produce

0/10

If you don't drink coffee you are legitimately retarded.

Prepare for up to a week of insurmountable fatigue, drowsiness, lack of concentration, and headaches. After that, you'll be glad you quit, though.
t. fag who just quit coffee

More awake, since my energy is not taken hostage by fucking coffee. Before, I needed it to feel like I could function more or less decently and mornings were horrible to withstand without it.

>since my energy is not taken hostage by fucking coffee
you fucking dramaqueen, lmao

I feel no difference in energy between no coffee and 10g instant coffee, so I stopped drinking it.

I get random anxiety spikes and I'm trying to change my diet right now to get rid of them
does anyone have experience with quitting coffee for getting rid of anxiety?
