I don't think that is a very good choke. Like, it isnt cutting off the circulation to his brain, it is just smooshing his face into the other guys butt.

For the guy getting choked, I think it would be really easy to throw the leg off his right side with his right hand. I think he isnt doing that because the guy choking is grabbing his hands, or threatening to put him into an arm bar.
