You're probably fine... It is spread through 'prolonged physical contact' with the area that has the rash. It can spread through saliva, but only if the sores are in the mouth or throat.
Apparently it can also spread through sharing 'blankets or towels' with someone who has it. I'm concerned about the workout mats that are at my gym, and starting wiping them down more thoroughly before use.
