New runner here, does anyone have some good resources for a complete running noob? I've been lifting for about 4 years, pic rel is me angle frauding, and I just went on my first roon on the treadmill today. For reference I am at 2/3/4/5, but on my way there I've gotten fat.

Here is me neutral and below are the stats for my first run. Was I working hard enough? Should I be aiming for a higher bpm? Does anyone have resources for proper form and tidbits like gadgets to carry a phone around comfortably or anything like that? I'm satisfied with my level of strength, and now I want to focus on cutting off this fat and get into a healthier lifestyle overall.

fuck was it hot today, had to walk a lot towards the end when my water ran out.
Also, any way to get strava gps more accurate other than getting a dedicated device? It kinda bugs me.

ive been running a lot lately and i can now run 1 mile without stopping, working my way up to 1.5 miles

My right feet fucking hurts after half an hour of walking and it has been like that for 3 days now, wtf do I do I can't roon like this

Jogging for marathon distances is retarded.
If you wish to cover such distances, then trek them, preferably barefoot

Running these distances are a recent endeavour in physical capabilities. Ot does not mean we are meant to do it.
One simply need look at marathon runners who are skin and bone, riddled with osteoarthritis and several instances of them even dying during a run.
We are built for endurance but covering long distances were always done by walking.

Aim for a LOWER bpm on most runs to begin
And then when that speed becomes easy, bump it up
Also your cadence is slow and will kill your knees
