Here he is asking if a poster is bobby

checked and goodluck. What are the events and how do you think you'll do?

How much did you have to pay her?

>not paying attention
>play more ring fit

vtuber simp btfo

>300 axle press for reps
likely zero but maybe a lucky jerk if I manage the clean
>650 13" DL for reps
hoping for 3, maybe 5 if the suit feels good
>800 yoke
absolutely no idea. Just trying to not get hurt here I think
>300 per hand farmers
should be doable weight but I never got very fast with this
>280 sandbag over bar (56")
maybe 3 or 4 if I'm still feeling good by then

Stay in your containment board /vt/ranny

What's the most weight you can deadlift natty?

400+ if you are frank

Fuck that's actually nice, would go well with my saber lion

405 everyone else is on drugs

Man we get fucked in Aus, pretty sure u90s get 800lb yokes.

KEK

it's probably not that bad but I don't feel super comfortable with my mid back since it was only like 6 weeks ago I pulled something just unracking 405 for squat. But I unracked 805 last week so it'll probably be fine. Basically because of that tweak I haven't been able to do nearly as much training as I was hoping so I just feel very unprepared.

Anyone done 8/6/3? Been doing 5/3/1 with joker sets and BBB for a long time and numbers have gone up whenever I run these cycles but I want to put on some considerable size.

>pls no bully /plg/
>tfw you'll never be as good as isley when he was rowing

Long term getting big muscles is always a good idea.

5/3/1 and it's derivatives are not good
Look in the paste bin

5/3/1 offseason for mass
Don't listen to pastebincel. He's scared of volume.

I thought you've done 300 push press before, been struggling since getting injured?
>Just trying to not get hurt here I think
>slow is smooth smooth is fast
Take your time to make sure you keep going. Will suck if you have to do multiple picks from dropping.
Also seems like you don't really get comps with stones in them near you or maybe you avoid those comps because you can't train them?
Yeah states had 360/794 for u90 though tbf that's above average. Local level is around ~280 from what I've seen.
