Take the Ibuprofen pill

>take 800mg ibuprofen 2 hours before workout
>feel fucking amazing, no pain, can last a lot longer

Why don't other people take this shit?

If you can't feel pain that's a bad thing

This has to be a joke. There is no way anyone could actually be this retarded.

Explain the joke

Why do you think I'm joking?

>Conclusion: Maximal over-the-counter doses of ibuprofen attenuate strength and muscle hypertrophic adaptations to 8 weeks of resistance training in young adults. Thus, young individuals using resistance training to maximize muscle growth or strength should avoid excessive intake of anti-inflammatory drugs.

I feel clearly better when I take ibuprofen, even when I don't have any pains or fever. This is powerful stuff and I'm slowly getting afraid of it.

Have you read the sticky?

No inflammation = no gains

What if you only took it like one day a week?

>gains and pump come through muscle inflammation
>take NON STEROIDAL anti-inflammatory
>profit?????
This is retarded and you will get liver/stomach damage from regular nsaid consumption. Also you don't want less pain when working out, you're more likely to injure yourself without knowing it

2 days of no gains

This, hypertrophy gains and muscle protein synthesis were reduced by 30%+ in people who utilized NSAIDS for relief. Also longterm use can fuck your stomach and kidneys up, go crazy though. This is why you don't take advice from Any Forums.

>still get 70% muscle gains and feel great

2022 MAXIMUM KEK

What about Tylenol?

This is also for MAXIMUM dosage, not a standard dosage that someone would take

>just take stomach bleeding opiates lol

> These results suggest that over-the-counter doses of both ibuprofen and acetaminophen suppress the protein synthesis response in skeletal muscle after eccentric resistance exercise.

>regularly feel pain when working out
Uhh...

Studies show ibuprofen impedes muscle recovery

Ibuprofen is hard on the kidneys. You're probably consuming a lot of protein, and that's hard on the kidneys too.

Working a job impedes muscle recovery

Retard if your body isn't sending signals of "my muscles just got ripped up" then how the fuck will your body send the shit that repairs you to be stronger.

sucks to be you

Liver damage, slows recovery and causes long term pain issues, doesn't really meaningfully reduce pain anyways.

NSAIDs are a scam

>I still get 0.2lbs of muscle per month bro... I'm totally winning

It's already a pill retard

alright, you guys official scared me off ibuprofen

can I at least take tylenol?

NSAIDS as a whole are not good for gainz

Occasional use is fine, certainly take an excedrin if you have a migraine, but any sort of regular use will be detrimental.

The only painkiller that is *maybe* not poison is acetaminophen aka aspirin

Take viagra

say goodbye to your liver
