My shoulders gave me problems for years. A month ago I read that you should bench press while keeping shoulders back towards the bench. I've been doing that since and shoulder pains went away. didn't even realize my form had gone wrong.

What I mean is you're huge for the amount of time you've been lifting, so you must have god-tier muscle building genetics - such good genetics that your muscles outgrow your joints (like winstrol).
