> "I like to eat .28374 grams of carbs per lb of bodyweight 4.283 minutes before my weightlifting session along with 3/16th of my fish oil capsule, because the latest scientific paper released 3 seconds ago shows that this is the optimal range."

Is anyone else here this autistically precise when it comes to their nutrition and weightlifting routine as Jeff Nippard?

No. He makes tons of money from it, so it's normal for him to be obsessed. I just focus on getting protein and eating clean as possible

absolute cocktoy

Where is her belly button ?

Batemanesque

How are his programs? I haven't lifted in 6 months and feel weak as fuck. Was thinking of following his hypertrophy fundamentals program

They're good

i want to strangle this tiny wench

Jeff doesn't even eat clean. There's a video of him grocery shopping, and he's just buying frozen chocolate chip waffles, popcorn, and Lean Cuisine. It's all roids and lack of height.

Why is he always talking about scientific papers and shit? I want to see the bodies of the guys who wrote the papers first so I can decide to whether to listen to them or not

Jeff Nippard isn't a science sperg, he just pays attention to it. If you watch his stuff his workouts are pretty normal, and he eats healthy, but you shouldn't need science to tell you to do that. If you want to see a really punchable "muh science" nerd who's ruining lifting, check out @ryjewers (yes really, jewers) on tiktok.
