Can I grow my upper chest with just OHP and not do incline bench press?

>flat bench
>OHP

those 4 are all you need for a strong and aesthetic body.

No, just do incline

thanks coach
How much milk should I be drinking again?

why would rip recommend rows and not recommend squats? dullard

that would be power cleans not rows you dummy

Does Rippetoe not endorse rows? God this guy gets dumber and dumber the more I learn about him.

5 gallons a day

>no squat

>deadlifts

Okay, so let's say I only do these four lifts: bench, OHP, rows, and DLs, nothing else. How many times a week should I lift, and should I be doing higher weight with fewer rep or higher reps with lower weight? Assuming my goal is a "strong and aesthetic body" like you said.

Pls respond

As much as you are able to recover from

>no squat
Into the trash it goes

Just lift nigger

5x5 read the sticky

Post body. I bet you look like trash.

Guess I'm doing it wrong?

>OHP for 7 years
>185 max
Yeah I’d say so.

Post body

Only took me a little under two years to hit 185 on OHP at 165 lbs body weight

I mean yes, you can do whatever you want, but of course you will see better upper chest growth if you target it directly.

maybe i got it from weighted dips, how old are you?

Often when doing OHP I get a weird tingly in my elbow, looking up online I found it the ulnar nerve. It doesn't happen everytime, probably every 2nd workout, any idea what's causing it?
