bump

Seated Dumbbell Press. Most ROM. Most Stability. Most Gains. Least Injury.

I do this, not even because it's the best, just because I cannot be arsed to have to wait for a squat rack on push day when I'm already at a bench for most of my exercises anyway

I wish I could fit it in somehow but I'm already pressing 8x a week

Standing behind the neck barbell press over 200. Looks cool and you get to see the mixture of mires/confusion on peoples face when you’re doing a taboo exercise

Do you do it strict or as pushpress?
I've been adding behind the neck pushpress at the end of upper day for memes and it gives more pump than all the other excercises on upper.

standing barbell ohp

>Leased injury
>Dropped one of the dumbbells behind my head
>13 years later shoulder still fucked

Incline bench

I like Arnold press.

One armed standing dumbell press and push press to help with sticking points

I still do this. Not the standing bench press, the strict press.
Recently been loving the Klokov press. It's a motherfucker to get used to but I feel it has made my shoulders overall stronger.

For accessory work, I love the Arnold too. If you do it right, you really do feel it across the deltoid.

Reeves snatch grip behind the neck presses. It's more stable than dumbbells.

The handles in my gym look like crooked horse dicks so I don't use it.

>Seated dumbbell press.
>Most stability.
>Muh ROM
>Least injury.
>Athlean-x said so
Novices talking like they know shit. Come back once you get past the 50s-60s. There's a reason we all eventually use the fucking bb, zoomer.

It's ironic you're calling him a zoomer when the only reason anyone talks about the barbell OHP (from the front) is because of Rippetoe.
