one thing I would like to see is healthier convenience food, in denmark they have "humanskost" which seems to be fairly low budget but relatively healthy meals
Other european countries seem to have similar places you can eat home-cooked style meals for relatively cheap
If you could go somewhere and almost instantly get a nourishing soup/stew, plate of spagbol, some meat with steamed potatoes/veggies or whatever for an affordable price it would be great
problem is you can't compete with the goyslop on price with such foods and the american palate is so used to sugar/salt overload they might not even like it

That's not going to stop people skipping that aisle to all the high callorie sugary salty fatty snacks. People think sugar taxes will work but junk food companies say it will make them too expensive for people. We'll have to accept it, those who eat without control anyway probably deserve whats coming.
