It's easy to make some broiled chicken, rice, taters, etc. Even a weightlifter can do it.

1300 calories and 50g protein on that plate, nothing wrong with that once in a while

it's even easier to grab some sourdough bread and smear tomato paste, cheese and meat on it and shove it in the oven
