Weird, I’ve had the opposite effect. Started running 6 days a week, dick got bigger and erections got firmer and easier to maintain. No change in libido up or down.

Not OP but I basically run the same routine as OP.

I run 5 sets of 1km (progressively increasing the speed per .05km, to the point I'm running 13km towards the end)
I take a preworkout, and usually have about 700 calories a day.
I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life, or am I just kidding myself?

OP here. I've also started sleeping better than before and weirdly waking up earlier.
