0.86/1.3/2/3 for reps after 9-10 months of lifting and doing bodyweight stuff the year before. Shit stats for Any Forums standards, I know, but I'm happy with the way I look and intend to keep at lifting, while progressing at a slow pace for health reasons. I hope to get somewhere near 1/2/3/4 the next bulking season, lets see how that will work out. After that, I dont think I'm going to chase larger numbers.
