>15-30 for athletes
Nah, you want about 50-60 minimum. Up to 80 is ok but not good. You should see a Doctor if you're over 80 or under 50 for a few days consecutively.
I can never tell if it's bait or someone who fell for it somewhere else and is legit retarded.
No.

what does resting mean, people rest in different ways, post the body stance

I stopped going to the doctor when my doctor said salt was bad for you.

Athletes are usually 40-50, sub 30 you're unhealthy again and likely won't make it past 60 due to your enlarged heart

>Just measured
>57 bpm
>athlete range according to a non-meme source

Mines 105

My resting heart rate ranges between 60-70, used to be higher before working out

Obviously a troll. It your resting HR is below 40 contact a physician. Unless you are an extreme athlete with a very nig heart muscle by then you’d probably have seen blue spots, have cold feet and fingers and generally have low energy.

>be not fat
>dont do cardio
>resting heart rate of ~50-55
well, that was easy

Turning this into a heart rate mire thread?

You do not want a low heart rate. Especially if not fit. Mine is 42 and I'm not that fit so it's hurting more than it's helping.

>heart rate declines with age
>wow i'm in so much better health
???

>15 to 30 is normal for athletes

>at the peak of his career (and doping) Lance Armstrong's RHR was 34

Haha yeah ok.

Anything under 60 is decent in my opinion.

imagine your heart beating once every four seconds lmfao

50 here, I don't do cardio lol
