Literally all you need
Also walking
Lats?
unironically tho push ups, chip ups, pull ups and dips are all you need for upper body
Agreed, but you'd also benefit from adding australian pullups and handstands/pike pushups.
Add something for rear delts like face pulls, and lateral rises for the V shape and you are done.
I got shoulder impingement during lockdown from banging shit ton of
>pull ups
>push up
>dips
>ring rows
I would add some sort of rowing movement to hit the upper back a bit more, but yeah pretty much decline pushups, dips and chinups (all weighted) are godtier
You're missing a horizontal pulling movement and a vertical pushing movement.
Heh, what about lower body?
push ups - 15 max
pull ups - 1 max
dips - 5 max
height - 5'9
weight - 56 kg
how do i fix this, i don't have much to eat as im a poorfag and i just do a shitty calisthenics routine and some high intensity plank position exercises too keep myself from becoming skinny fat
I can't even do a single pushup
Start with incline push ups then.
whats the dfference between chinups and pullups?
The grip. Chin ups are done with a supinated grip, pull ups with pronated. Chin ups will engage your biceps more, pull ups your lats.
Fatass
practice everyday and eat better
He doesn’t want help you dunce
He just wants (You)s
im trying, pushups and dips are still progressing but i just cant figure my head around pull ups
Do negatives
i'm a calisthenifaggot and I do doorway facepulls and dumbell OHP. trying to work my way up to some kind of handstand pushup.
