He's not ethnically from the Caucasus. I'm not saying that to be like hurr durr not White, just I have read a lot on the Caucasus, have lots of books and friends there, and travel there frequently. His last name "Isuf" is not of any Caucasian origin, none of the ethnic groups have such a name, nor is it in the naming tradition. Further naming him Omar would be a break from tradition, many north caucasians would use the spelling Umar instead, among south caucasians the only possibility is some Azerbaijanis could potentially give him the spelling Omar, but his last name doesn't have any signs of russification or belonging to any of the clannic surnames.
Is there a video where he claims Caucasian origin? Because he also visually does not have Caucasian features. If he has claimed it I suspect he is mistaken or maybe confused some information.
