I remember years ago I used to think this was actually big lmaoooo. Man he's so twinkish. Very easily attainable body. More diet than exercise, can probably get this with some regular swimming and a low BF%
It's not bad, but it's just a lot of muscle on a lean body
Just get a pullup/dip structure and workout an hour or 2 a day

which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.
I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol,
because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older.
Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman.
Some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me.
Only an entity-- something illusory.
And though I can hide my cold gaze...

i try to walk at least 1 hour a day which should be around 600kcal lost
get a stepcounter and aim for 7k to 10k. that seems the sweet spot.

1 hour of walking is NOT 600 calories burned, maybe 100. 200 at most
why would my app lie then? 1 hour for 6km
dude, those apps are notoriously inaccurate, just like bf% scales
it's nearly impossible to know how many calories you're really burning, but i'm willing to bet my balls that 1 hour of walking doesn't burn even half of the calories your app says it does
