how long have you been training? read shit on a really good programm, stick with it, get a hang on how to build you own programm and then stick to that. and be patient. I made the most progress when I didnt want to lift for my ego.

A year or so but it's slowing doing like crazy. Gonna work on form and shit, maybe up the volume even more. Thanks anyways.

I haven't tried to max in ages.
Last set I did was 315*5.

How do you "prefer" OHP to bench? OHP is a shoulder exercise and bench is for pecs and triceps. Am I retarded? Saying you prefer OHP to bench is like saying that when it comes to eating carbs you prefer eating fish to eating pasta. Like dude pasta is a carb meal fish is for protein and fat lol

80kg for 7 is my best. My chest is one of my weakest areas, I get nervous even with a spotter. 100kg (2pl8) is a dream of mine. Some day.

OHP hits my triceps nearly as much as bench does. For me I have separate those into different sessions if I'm training for strength

Not the same user, btw

105lb dumbells for reps this past week. I haven't barbell benched in over a year. not sure what my 1rm would be

120 kg
