Im that femanon from last week that asked for meal prep and nutrition advice, And I wanted to say thanks again becuase its been about a week and my macros are now perfect and i have no issues feeling hungry in my deficit.

Wasn't here last time but I hope people advised you to eat lots of protein, fiber and veggies to keep yourself full :). Also, I personally like filling the rest of my remaining calories with carbs over fats because 1g of each is 4cal vs 9cal, but you do you, however it fits your macros. my biggest problem was getting enough protein. and I got a lot of great advice on how to get more in. side note I got banned from a discord server once for saying I wasnt going to eat onions becuase it would negatively effect my estrogen. lmao

Glad to know that! Meats, fish, eggs, dairy products, lentils, nuts, onions, etc, you got a big ass variety.

Onions have protein but its like 1.2 g per whole onion and Id rather eat fish or red meat then several onions
