This is fucking retarded, is this a troll image? Collagen protein has an entirely different amino acid profile from whey; good for joints but not optimal for muscle building. Also, raw veggies tend to be more nutritious than steamed veggies.

I started taking collagen and it caused me to have acne break outs. I’m 42 and had acne problems my whole life until recent years so maybe it’s just my shitty skin and doesn’t do that to everyone.
I decided to try kefir recently which is full of probiotics and saw no positive benefits. It made me shart several times while working out. Will never use again.
