How do I looksmax?
When will the Piss Lord Spaniard Janoy Cresva make his triumphant return to Youtube?
If my grip is too narrow on a pull-up, just before reaching the full negative ROM, my left arm has to twist slightly. This leads to pain. Anyone know what is going on there

Is it possible to develop the flexibility to do top right, just by doing basic tricep stretches against a wall? What athlean-x is doing at 3:07:

I never seem to develop any flexibility from stretching my triceps and I wonder if it is something do with my shoulder
your dominant hand's shoulder will be much more muscular than your other hand's shoulder. Most people will not be flexible enough in their dominant shoulder to do that stretch
One of the major problems with yoga that isn't really discussed is this issue. The more muscle mass you have, the less flexible you will be due to that muscle mass, especially with stretches like that.
Should I buy pic rel or running shoes?
Forgot pic
Get both, you dont need a meme speedrope just get a normal one
Anyone had any experience with re-occurring shoulder pain? Dislocated my shoulder as a kid and I don't know if that might be some long term affect from it like 20 years later, but I keep getting pain in my left shoulder after some workouts every so often. Seen a physio a couple of times and they just suggested doing some more shoulder warm ups a few times per week, so I've been doing a bunch of warms up stuff 3x per week before each workout but it still happens, the warm up includes a few sets of external rotations & passovers with resistance bands, db shoulder extensions & arm circles. Doesn't seem to be a specific excercise that causes it, have had it happen after thinks like OHP/bench and most recently doing floor presses, new to lifting so it's not like I'm shifting much weight either, any suggestions?
Hey bros.
Former Any Forums here. I stopped lifting at the start of 2020 when the pandemic hit and other life changes.
Now I got some stability back and am looking to get back into the getting shape.
I was running a 4-day variant of TM when I finished with my lifts at around 1/2/3/4.
I was quite depressed and lost all my gains over the last two years. I'm wondering what's the smartest strategy to get back into things (e.g. do a linear programme like SS/SL).
there could be some cartilage damage / labrum damage, or there could even be some adhesions. Without any further analysis or surgery, the best bet would be to do circumduction / PROM type movements and strengthening / AROM movements to strength the muscles around the unstable joint and to break up the adhesions that have formed.
If that stuff doesn't improve the pain, then surgery may ultimately be indicated.
How much water is too much water? I'm drinking a pint an hour but my piss isn't clear
When should I have the last meal of the day? 7 pm? I go to bed at 10 pm
>Had Covid twice since February 2021
>Wasn't too bad, but kinda sucky.
>Started feeling sick on Saturday, thought it was Covid
>got checked, is not Covid, just a viral infection
>feeling pretty shitty though
Should I go work out anyway? It's not Covid, but feels like it is. I don't think it is, but I'm obviously sick. But I don't wanna miss my workout. No fever, just sore throat, cough, soreness, fatigue. Bad idea to hit the gym like this?
Why do jannies let chinks and trannies spam lookism and niggercock worship but delete threads asking about the long term effects of pfizer poisoning?
If you sweat a lot, a gallon a day is okay. If you drink too much water, you risk a couple nasty things. Niggas will tell you 'water poisoning,' but really, it could effect your sodium levels which will make you feel like you're going fucking insane.
if i dont lift for a week i feel suicidal. is this normal?
Suicidal thoughts are not normal. Consider seeking a counselor or reading a book about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Don't fucking spread disease retard. COVID isn't the only dangerous disease. Don't be an asshole and go to the gym sick. Stay home and do bodyweight stuff.
who the fuck cares about 'spreading disease'
I bet you wear facemasks
>Musclepharm Combat protein powder
Is this whey spiked?
Why is the first ingredient an amino acid?
>Chicken Thigh, Skin Removed
>90 gr
>24 g protein
>5.4 g fat
Does it include the bone? It seems like too little meat for a thigh
Bruh I'm gigaunvaxxed and never wore masks. But you should have learned in elementary school how germs work. Don't knowingly spread disease.
Consider it 90 grams of meat.
Exercises to help with back pain? Wife wants a breast reduction and is willing to work out with me.
That's without bone.
Here's a similar listing.
Yeah, rest up man
>Why is the first ingredient in my protein powder protein?
Are you actually this stupid?
