There is a reason why Russians have had stereotypes about Ukrainians, but after the Cold War, Ukrainians and other post-Soviets would claim to be Russian because they think westerners wouldn’t know about where they are from. The easiest way to realize this is ask what city they are from, it will always be somewhere in Ukraine or Moldova. Very few ethnic Russians have actually left Russia and the majority who do are upper middle class or upper class. The vast majority of “Russians” in the west are either Jews (from Russia) or Ukrainians/Moldovans and even occasionally central Asians claiming to be Russian.

Outside of money, not really. Most lower class people spend their money on goyslop and other garbage food then plop their asses down in front of a computer or TV for hours on end after work or on the weekends. These people have plenty of time to do things, they’re just lazy or mentally ill
