I think I also meme'ed that a TRUE A T H L E T E uses their entire body effectively.

As a result, Kimchi did a max row that was basically a deadlift followed by a power shrug followed by rib-checking the bar. From there, the Chromosome Row Race was on. To see who could """"""row"""""" the heaviest weight. With bodyweight COPE for extra chromosomes.

FIGGY called that 4plaet """row""" a Speed Halting Clean Deadlift Into Ribdrop. But that's unwieldy. We'll just call it the Strongman Row (you know, because Strongman has no rules about actually lifting the weight as long as it's lifted. i see that you're self-programming at a sub 4 plate squat and are aesthetically inclined toward minimalism and masochism

It's just that deadlift goes up when squat goes up and squat goes up by squatting. At least that was my experience up until now. Unlike the bench which I had to learn to not grind reps, progress slowly, do lots of triceps and back and train with a variation the 2nd day.
Anyway, what's your advice here?
