Do I look better than 3 years ago? Left is 2019, right is current, with some breaks in between because of injuries/lockdowns.
I was 83 kg then and I'm 87 kg now (at 183 cm). Do I have a slightly lower/at least similar BF % now? I know my chest is shittier, I'm not sure what I was doing then to have a fuller chest.
My legs too, this is in the autumn when I was maybe 84 kg it's fucking over if I have similar/a bit lower BF while being 4 kg heavier does it mean I gained a little bit of muscle?
It took you 3 years to make no gains. For anybody, 3 years is enough time to make noticeable gains, and since you are obviously not very advanced, you should have put on much more size/muscle.

Why do you have to demoralize me like that post body
Stop listening to retards, user. It's obvious your body improved. It just seems like you haven't focused on your core much. I'm guessing you can't do 3 chin ups to save your life despite being able to deadlift your fat grandma.

>this is who's telling you to leanbulk
Austin Howard
Man I can do 3x5 weighted pull ups with 25 kg. +40 kg 1 rep max weighted chin up. But you're right that I never actually isolate my core because it's boring. I probably should.
The only thing that changed is lighting, that's why before chest looks sharper. Also looks like left was filtered+contrast and right wasn't.
Your posing is different. You look maybe a little skinnier now.
You don't look bad, but this doesn't look like 3 years difference. Have your lifts improved over the last 3 years? Doesn't seem like you were training very seriously, and probably not eating enough. If you were eating a surplus you would at least have gotten fat.
Mogged. Also you should do an actual bulk lean bulking doesn't work

Slightly better, but 3 years is a lot of time dude, you are doing something wrong

I know it doesn't look like a 3 years difference, but if I'm 4 kg heavier while having slightly lower bodyfat doesn't it mean I must have gained a little muscle?
