yesterday I went 5guys burgers with my BF and finished our outing at Denny's for dessert.

I only eat fast food when I'm driving long distances. Last time was in December when I was driving home for Christmas. Felt like absolute shit for the remainder of the drive and all I had was the cheapest cheeseburger on McDonald's menu. I think you need to build up a tolerance to this stuff.

Not really. The reason why fast food generally has a lot of calories is because of fat. It's actually not that easy to binge on straight up carbs. You need to eat an absolute fuckton of pasta to completely destroy your calorie deficit. But fatty foods? Shit tier volume and everything is nroth of 2000kcal. A mayonnaise dip has more calories than the entirety of the carbs in your fast food meal.

No idea what the fuck you're on about. There's nothing unhealty about meat, cheese, salad and oils.
