Around 1 lbs, there are certain variables but that's about what you can realistically gain.

2-3 lbs

Not enough for anyone to notice

probably 5 or 6 at best

that sounds very underwhelming

Getting big takes years not months that's why most fags give up before they do.

toned skinnyfag here
was really hoping i could get somewhat of a beach body by the end of the year

this
i've completely accepted that i won't look start looking close to aesthetic for another year and a half
it's worth it though
that time is the barrier that keeps the average person looking like shit

But it really isn't. I mean later on even that 1lbs is too much, think about it. 12lbs in a year so let's say you train for 3 years you gained 36lbs of muscle (yeah right). But let's take it even further and you train for 5 years, then that's 60lbs of lean muscle.

That is not naturally possible. For majority of people that wouldn't be possible even with steroids. You need to understand this. Getting big and lifting is a lifetime commitment and you have to find deeper motives than "getting x size in y time", it's fucking arbitrary non-sense. Just live your life and keep training on the side as something that adds to your day-to-day life.

With roids?
8-14lbs

How about with sarms

0.5lbs

>With roids?
>8-14lbs
Lmfao non-roiders actually believe this

I'm a roider tho
I just have good genetics and a good response to roids

6-12 lbs in your first year if you do everything correctly. 12 for the year so 3-4 lbs max, more realistically 2lbs.

i'm gonna do lgd

Which does not look like a lot since muscle is denser than fat. Natty muscle gain is slow therefore you won't really look like much before you hit your mid twenties, unless you do everything correctly from the get go and start when you're young. But that also makes it a pledge of prestige for anyone who eventually achieves it.

If you think that going all out for three months is gonna get you where you wanna go then do it, but let me tell you that you might have a case of self sabotage disguised as motivation. You're gonna do a workout that is way too hard for your current stage, probably buy unnecessary suplements that you don't need while you're at it and are gonna be disappointed with the eventual results and will quit before the year ends.

Just accept that you will do this for your entire life and that eventually you will look good.

true, and then there's the demoralizing troons that call people dyel for guys with 1-2 years of trying then get discouraged.
