Chicken breast is inherently inferior to chicken thighs, you have to accept that to a degree.
That being said some stuff can help:
a) Get a pan/meat hammer and beat down the breasts until they're about 1cm thick.
b) marinate them in something. Doesn't really matter what, just make sure there is some oil in there. Look up breast marinade recipes, they're all good. Ginger paste can also help tenderise them somewhat.
c) grill them on a pan. Baking chicken breast is a black magic I sitll don't understand.
