NGMI
I drink water with this and lemon juice
1 tblsp contains
>1200mg sodium
>60mg magnesium
>750mg potassium

>American College of Sports Medicine recommends that endurance athletes consume 300-600mg sodium/hour

what the fuck is this

It's not bad at all. I actually add 500 mg of Sodium(1/4th TBSP of salt) to my water pre/post exercise and a couple times a day. When I was eating clean I realized I wasn't getting enough sodium. The only sodium I got was the flavoring on my chicken. I read some Stan Efferding stuff and he talked about how Salt is a hack. Suddenly my energy levels were way higher. When you don't have salt you get cravings for junk food(because you crave the salt in them, not necesarily the junk food). This makes it easy to avoid that shit, I never had a single urge since I started this. You also hold on to your water and are no longer constantly thirsty just pissing all of your minerals out. If you have no energy and feel like shit its usually because you either are severely undereating, getting shit sleep, or not getting enough sodium. it's that important.

The recommended values are also for inactive sedendary Karens so ignore that. The Sodium isn't bad, its the shitfood that tends to have a lot of sodium that has made it have a bad reputation (lots of procesed/canned shit)

This is an electrolyte drink designed to be consumed when you're sweating a lot and losing salts by sweating. Endurance athletes, ie marathon runners have died from consuming too much water during a run, and thus diluting the sodium levels of their blood, causing excess water to move towards the saltier blood of the brain and other organs, causing the brain to swell leading to death. However you can also die from consuming too much salt, as some people nearly did doing a pickle eating challenge where they had to consume the entire contents of a gallon pickle jar including the very salty water.

at least its not red

community college nutrition class didnt even teach me about the relation of food dye and cancer i learned it from a pokemon card youtuber ffs

kek

Is this a fake product? What is its purpose?

Aren't those sports electrolyte type drinks supposed to give you kidney stones or some shit
