D-did we make it guys?

srsly tho i just measured my chest for the first time and dont know whats average. i got 43in no pump, tried a few spots inbetween top of armpit and nip. is flaring your lats cheating or is that expected?

Flaring your lats is cheating. Having massive titties doesn't mean you're buff either, user.

>15-16" arms are average for body builders
Wtf

lmao i think we're gonna make it

That can't be right.

37.5, time to kms

>Tfw 16" arms now but when I look down at them i still see the twig arms I had in high school
How do I cure my body dysmorphia?

stop being a fag.

what helps me is not looking at your physique for a while. kind of like a detox but youre just readjusting your priorities a little

good.
only 16 inches to go.

I'm 6'3 and 16" arms honestly still look twiggy on me.

47.5" chest. Can only grow upper body, lower body is shit and I thank god Women don't care as long as ur decently symmetric

nice bro, im really curious how this relates to other stats. whats your height and weight?

6'1 with 18 inch arms. Still look like a stickman. It doesn't get any better guys

At my peak at

40".
I'm overweight though (18%), so ignore.

damn dude very impressive, why do you say at your peak? did you have to stop lifting?

Did you have your chest and upper back muscles surgically removed?

>16" arms are average for bodybuilders
I legit have 16" arms and I only lifted for a few months
What is this bullshit?

i guess i shouldve added the rest of my stats
6'3"
~180lbs
14in arms
14in forearms
yes im trying to fix that

6"2' and 208

most professional bodybuilders are tiny and single-digit bodyfat during peaks. 16" is massive in relation, and a terrible measurement in OPs case because it obviously depends on bodyfat and height.

im trying to shoot for 16-17 inch arms myself. How? Currently 14inch flexed, 13 inch relaex....bench press is 85kg.....

>terrible measurement in OPs case
im not using chest size as a metric for anything. arm size is regularly talked about so i know whats usually considered small or big. i almost never hear people mention chest size so i was curious whats average

This is assuming you at under 15% bf
