Taking into account that an average person's TDEE is ~2500 calories you quickly realize that it's impossible to stay within that caloric value and get some 150 grams of protein a day if you wish to intake protein via dishes only.

Wrong 150 grams of protein is 600 calories, if your TDEE is 2500, that means 24% of your calories come from protein. Just only buy foods that protein to calorie content is higher than 20% and you will meet this goal daily. If you are a retard who eats empty carb foods all the time and doesn’t eat it together with a very high protein food it is your own fault.
