I did not notice massive strength gains on creatine. I did 4 months, came off, and am 1 week in to loading again. The only difference I notice is in size, creatine makes my muscles feel full, when I get a pump it's like they are pushing out of my skin. I think the strength gains are overhyped. All the supplements that actually work are just called gear.

Well I drink 2-4l a day, and the weird think is that I pee a lot most of the times it's clear, but maybe once a day it's not

if you take 5 grams a day itll take about a month to work its way into your body tissue. some people front load and take several grams over the course of the first five days, but ive read a study saying the result will be the same and you will still take about a month to see the benefits. ive also read studies that say you should take it after your workouts. also, drink more water- like others said you wanna at least pee clear at some point in the day it is a sign of your body being hydrated
