There's no way this is accurate right? I don't have any high blood pressure symptoms. Should I be concerned?

when the lower number is around 100 you should see a doc. when the higher number is around 180 you should see a doc too.
139/67 is a little bit low but still ok i guess.
120/80 is optimal.

a quick google search would have answered your question. you're a huge faggot and should catch aids in the gymshower.

The fucking machine said I was in the high range, kys

But also thank you for the informative response

first of all you need to check bloodpressure when you're relaxed. sit down for 5min before you meassure. second thing is your higher number isn't that important, unless it goes over 170-180 permanently. your lower number is what kills your kidneys. 67 is low. are you doing lots of cardio? this would explain it.

I do about 30 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week that leaves a puddle around me after I lift weights for about 2 hours with enough intensity to have my clothes completely soaked

nottrue... athletes and fit people have lower blood pressure.

t. 106/50

i didn't know what OP looks like so i posted the normie standard and sayed that his number would be explained by cardio. idiot.

Did you check after walking around the store?

OP this qualifies as borderline hypertension. Increase water intake, stop smoking, lose weight if obese or overweight. Your kidneys will thank you in the long term.

Those machines in grocery stores & pharmacies aren't calibrated right. Go get a home one you just wrap around your wrist.

Yes

I'm 5'9" 205 lbs about 15% body fat (abs very vascular)
My piss is pretty orange in the mornings so maybe not getting enough water. I drink at least a gallon a day but I sweat a shit ton in the gym

First of all doctors usually diagnose hypertension with multiple blood pressure readings and not just one. Also it needs to be done under proper conditions which probably wouldn’t have been the case if you just sat down and did one yourself.

Also if you’ve got swole arms (or are fat) you need to take cuff size into account. Bigger arms need a bigger cuff size for an accurate reading.

My bicep barely fit into the cuff before it expanded

>wrist
no. these are the worst you can buy. get one that you wrap around your arm.

>extreme sweating
stop the steroids

That reading was basically useless then. Proper fitted cuff is very important.

>needing machines to know your blood pressure
