one entire year of lifting,
barely got 0.66/1/2/2.5. i dont think its happening bros...
One entire year of lifting
You should post a before and after in CBT. I think you'll see a lot of improvement! It also has to do with how often you go to the gym, how much you increase your weights, but especially how much you're eating.
user I’m going to give you something, it got all my lifts up but you need to eat a lot more for it to work, I’m at 170lbs, but I was 150 when I started. I’m gaining a pound a week. file:///var/mobile/Library/SMS/Attachments/16/06/FC503531-8599-4242-A20D-15BDF3227020/hunter.xlsx idk if the link will work but it’s a routine that got me to benching 2pl8 in 8 weeks. And deadlifting 4pl8 raw
bro are you serious ofc that link wont work. It works only locally on your phone
Lmao this dude just posted a link to his fucking phones local library folder and thought we could open it
everyone point and laugh at the retard
lmao bro
LOL! i'm jealous of you, literally just hit the 1 year mark 2 weeks ago.
0.5/0.8/1/2
based
Are you eating enough? Pic related, i'm really dedicated to my bulk so I ate an onion I found growing out of the sidewalk
Why did you post a video of you masturbating?
post routine
based retard
I don't know if evil genius or retarded
after 1year and 2months i finally reached 2pl8 bench press
congrats user
single or for reps?
cant post body, have a very recognizable tattoo on my flank and any censoring would hide pretty much the entire physique.
very cool onion. also I dont think I eat enough at all, but I already eat 3k+ cals a day at currenly ~160lbs bw... I dont wanna quit all the other sports I do but I literally belief its actually killing my gains. I absolutely cannot manage to eat even more
well at least you got me some traction lmao, thanks 4pl user
just keep going
>t. Hunter
Keep lifting and stop listening to larpers on here claiming to hit 2/3/4/5 after 2 years. They're either fat, previously active for many years, or full of shit.
8 reps
